The company has secured 100% ownership of the high-grade Western Star Project in British Columbia’s Revelstoke Mining District and is now advancing its entry into the U.S. market through the acquisition of a past-producing tungsten mine in Nevada—one of America’s most important historic tungsten districts. By combining Canadian geological expertise with expanding American demand, Western Star is positioning itself to play a leading role in re-establishing a secure, domestic source of this critical mineral.

Blake Morgan

CEO

Experience – Blake Morgan has over 15 years’ experience in Capital Markets, specifically in the Natural Resource and Precious Metals sector, including 10 years with Rio Tinto, BMA Metals (a subsidiary of BHP) and Santos Ltd. Mr. Morgan is a prominent Board Member in numerous publicly traded companies. Mr. Morgan has raised tens of millions of dollars in recent years for both Public and Private companies alike and has successfully taken numerous companies public in the United States, Canada, Germany and Australia.

Key Qualifications – MBA in Finance, Professional designation in Securities and Investment Management. Deep network within North American mining and investment communities.

Monty Sutton

Director

Experience – Mr. Sutton brings over 35 years of extensive experience in public markets, corporate governance, senior administration, and accounting. Throughout his career, he has held key management and board positions in both private and publicly traded companies. Starting on the floor of the Vancouver Stock Exchange in 1987, Monty has built a diverse background as a Management Accountant, Investment Advisor, Equities Trader, and Insurance Specialist with a focus on resource exploration. He has also played critical roles in executive finance and corporate development, supporting large-scale capital projects and complex regulatory filings.

Dallas Miller

Director

Experience – Dallas has been working within the international mining industry since 2010, both in Australia and in Papua New Guinea, working with BHP and Santos Ltd. Mr. Miller has a vast knowledge of the roles and responsibilities needed to take on and run a successful mining operation. Not only does he have experience on the ground from an operational standpoint, but he has also been an integral part in raising millions of dollars in capital funding for both private and public companies in recent years. Mr Miller is also a prominent member of numerous public companies.
