Project Overview
In September 2025, Western Star Resources signed a Letter of Intent to acquire the Real American Corp., marking a strategic expansion into the United States critical minerals sector. This acquisition positions Western Star as a key player in rebuilding America’s domestic tungsten supply chain.
The Nevada tungsten projects represent past-producing operations with established infrastructure and known high-grade mineralization. Tungsten is classified as a critical mineral by the U.S. government due to its essential role in defense applications, aerospace manufacturing, and advanced industrial processes.
